How to win in Life through the Spirit of Faith
Many things which God has already provided for us can only be received through the operation
of faith. Things like eternal salvation, divine healing, divine provision, miracles etc, just to name a
few. God’s power isn’t released in our lives by the size of our need but by the size of our faith. Jesus
repeatedly used the phrase: “Great is your faith. As you have believed so shall it be done for you”.
During this next series of Connect Groups we will learn how to take our faith to a new level, and how
to win in life through the operation of the Spirit of Faith. Make a decision now to participate in all
the Sunday services as well as to join a Connect Group and journey with others as we meet weekly
to explore the ways and methods to increase our faith. Be sure to invite someone else along – our
faith always increases when we reach out to others.
Connect Groups are a great way for you to get to know other people, learn about a topic of your choice and have fun. This is one of the best ways to get connected here at Victory.
What is a Connect Group?
It is you and a group of 10-16 people who meet to study, pray and have fun together.
Why Connect Groups?
Connect groups offer you an opportunity to meet different people and make some new friends.
How long does a Connect Group last?
Victory’s Connect Groups operate on a ten –twelve week trimester that happens three times a year.
Which Connect Group should I join?
A catalogue will be posted on this website 4 weeks before groups start. Pick a topic, type of group or night that works for you. There are groups for college students, males, females, couples and general groups.
What is the commitment when you join a Connect Group?
Joining requires a commitment to attend the weekly meetings. Naturally, there are times when conflicts arise, simply notify the leader and they will work with you on this.
How do I sign up for a Group?
Connect Group registrations for the 2nd trimester start at the end of May.
Simply click on the ‘Connect’ tab on our home page and browse through the Connect Group Catalogue and register for the group that suits you.
What do the Connect Groups study?
There is a wide range of topics that change every trimester. So pick up a catalogue at the Information Centre or look on our website and check them out.
